Which dive computers are supported by Aqua DiveLog at the moment?

Do I have to enter all my previous dives to Aqua DiveLog?
You can, but you need not.
Just enter the dive you want to start with. Go to the [options] menu -> [dive number] and set the correct number of the actual dive.
If you want to enter previous dives later, no problem. Just enter the diva data and change the dive number. All dives will be ordered by their dive number.
Is there a WinCE version of Aqua DiveLog?
No.
Palm OS and WinCE are substantially different.
However, there is a Palm OS emulator for WinCE: Pilot CE - Palm OS Emulator for Windows CE devices

Where can I enter my repetitive group?
There isn't a dedicated field for it, but you can use one of the user defined fields on the equipment page.
Go to the diver info page menu: [options] -> [diver info] on the third page you can edit the text of the user defined fields. Enter "repetitive" and as type "text". Now you can enter your repetitive group letter on the equipment page.
Is there a german, french, ... version of Aqua DiveLog?
Can I enter / edit my dives on the desktop computer?
No.
At the moment the desktop conduit is a read only HTML conversion tool. You can generate a HTML logbook with it from your Palm Database files (.PDB), but you cannot upload data back to the Aqua DiveLog.

Have you installed JAVA properly?
Open a command shell and type: java -version
You should get a version information of your JAVA installation. The Aqua DiveLog Conduit needs JAVA 2 version: 1.x.x.
